Carrying the gospel to the top of the world.
For centuries, the awe–inspiring peaks of the Himalayas have been an irresistible draw for those willing to push themselves far beyond what we might consider normal levels of danger and endurance. This colossal mountain range cradles many of the world’s highest summits, stretching some 2,400 kilometres with Tibet to one side, and India, Nepal, Pakistan and Bhutan to the other.

High among these mountains lie extraordinary beauty and unparalleled scenery, with visitors often speaking of the surreal sensation of standing “on top of the world”. However, while these mountains might form the most dramatic geographical feature on the planet, they are but an echo of the awesomeness, the might, and the beauty of our Creator God.
Beneath over 100 peaks and through thousands of valleys, the same God who set these mountains in place is at work among their inhabitants – people living in some of the hardest–to–reach places on earth.
Forget adventurers scaling summits. Here, we’ve been privileged to support pioneers carrying the gospel to the furthest reaches. One such evangelist makes an annual journey to a single remote village, driving for many hours before undertaking a 14–hour hike once the road runs out.
Just as these mountains echo the majesty of God, so too do the lives of people being transformed into the likeness of His Son.
Your support is enabling continued outreach in this most dramatic and challenging of environments. Our Move the Mountain appeal, launched last Christmas, has been an enormous help in seeing God’s name proclaimed at the top of the world. Now, we are pleased to report on the progress being made.
Join us on this adventure, as we discover what God is doing in the mountains!
