Ivan and his team work with children and young people in some remote areas of Tajikistan. His workload is heavy, but he praises God for a good team who encourage and help him to lead effectively. 

Ivan was surprised by the way God could use him through simply developing relationships with young people who had never heard about Jesus. God gave him the skill of getting alongside them and even getting to know them as they shared a game of football or a board game. 

One girl from India attended their Monday games night. Ivan and his team chatted and engaged with her and gradually she began to trust that they were good people who were interested and concerned for her. She now attends church each week, seeking out Christians with whom she can share and learn. 

Pray that this young woman will be attracted to the Christ who also loves and cares for her.
