The church, which has only been in existence since 1989, has grown to some 40,000 believers across the country. Some would say many more than that. Nevertheless, several key areas remain in great need.
Among them, the nomadic population, increasingly affected by encroaching deserts and harsher winters, are struggling to maintain their traditional ways of living and many are moving to urban areas. AsiaLink has been helping provide catch-up classes for nomadic children trying to slot into state schools.
We are also able to help our partners provide Bibles, train grass-roots leaders and equip a new generation of Mongolian missionaries. Exciting!
